HOW TO SEE US
We recommend that you make an appointment to be able to discuss your special day in detail either at your home, your venue or at our shop dedicated to all things wedding related.
WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK A FLORIST?
As soon as possible, once you have chosen your florist, book the date as soon as you can. Like all good wedding related services dates soon get fully booked.
DO I NEED TO CHOOSE MY FLOWERS SO EARLY?
Our service is quite flexible. All you need to do is secure your florist for your wedding date. Florist can be booked over 1 year in advance. Once you have booked, we would normally like to have a full consultation as soon as possible followed by a confirmation meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding. We ask for a £75 booking fee to secure your date with ourselves this is non refundable but will be deducted from your final invoice.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE MEETING?
As much information as possible. Style of your gown and the bridesmaids dresses. Samples of colour, any photographs of flowers that you love. Any photographs of the church, venue, marquee etc. Have a look at Pinterest.com for inspiration to collect ideas you like if you are not sure where to get started.
I AM NOT SURE ABOUT WHAT STYLE OF BOUQUET, FLOWERS ETC TO HAVE FOR OUR WEDDING?
The best thing to do is to arrange a meeting at the shop to see the various flowers and styles of work we do. At that time you can also see the stunning vases, candelabra mirrors etc as well that you might wish to use at your reception.
WHO WILL MAKE MY BOUQUET?
Rhoda Bouaziz, your personal floral designer will. I will be meeting you at your appointment and knows exactly what your dreams and thoughts are over your bouquet.
CAN YOU DELIVER SOME OF THE BUTTONHOLES TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes we can if it is reasonably close by or to the ceremony venue. The logistics of the day will become a lot clear about 1 month before and we can work out the details then.
DO YOU SUPPLY PINS WITH THE BUTTONHOLES/CORSAGES?
Yes we do, either pearl or diamante style.
WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS GET DELIVERED?
We normally deliver approximately 2 hours prior to the ceremony but if you wish it delivered earlier we can discuss that at your meeting.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOU VASES, MIRRORS, AND SILVER CANDELABRA ETC?
We do charge a small fee for these as they need to be cleaned, replaced and have spare ready.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES BESIDES WEDDING FLOWERS?

WHAT SORT OF FLOWERS SHOULD I PRESENT TO THE MOTHERS?
We would recommend a thank you hand tied bouquet in either the colours or theme of the wedding.
WE ARE FROM LONDON OR OUTSIDE THE UK BUT ARE GETTING MARRIED LOCALLY ARE YOU ABLE TO LIAISE WITH US BY E-MAIL?
Yes, many of our wedding/civil partnerships take place in Berkshire, Hampshire & Surrey. If you are from another part of the UK or anywhere else in the world we can plan your complete floral requirements by email as long as you can send pictures to me of some of your ideas that you like.
